The chosen books may include memoirs, self-help guides, fiction, non-fiction, or poetry that provide insights into the human experience of mental wellness or illness.

The club will typically meet regularly, either in person or virtually, to engage in thoughtful discussions about the selected book. These discussions allow members to share their perspectives, reflections, and personal experiences related to the themes and characters portrayed in the literature. It provides a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue, where members can learn from each other and gain new insights into mental health.
